Thanks for catching. It looks like a few undeployed records are included in the dataset (linked to a tag but not an animal), which I typically exclude for the published files but don't represent incorrect information or an error, they should just be ignored. The records are consistent with the deploy-off-date in the reference data file showing the tag was removed on 2011-02-17, although looking at that file I see a different issue, that the deploy timestamps in the reference data are in the wrong format. This is another thing I should check for in the early packages.
