Ref #275

Current status:

idea_town/frontend/static-src/styles/modules/_list-view.scss
  112:3  warning  The keyword `all` should not be used with the property `transition`  no-transition-all

✖ 1 problem (0 errors, 1 warning)

We should ignore that Sass Lint rule, or be more specific with our transition properties instead of the vague "all".
