A resolution was made for csswg-drafts/#9901.

[css-view-transitions-1] How should scroll timeline animations be treated?

  • RESOLVED: Add .waitUntil() promise to the VT object, prevents VT from finishing until the promises settle

Discussion.

To file a bug automatically for these resolutions, add the bug label to the issue.
