"mozilla-apprentice" auto-filed issues have incorrectly escaped hyphens in URLs #1

...the first comment initially said something like the following (before I fixed it):

RESOLVED: Accept change in https://github.com/w3c/csswg\-drafts/commit/5a43ab7210d08c9a012a7697eb39a382f8133079

Note the \- there, which breaks the URL (it makes the link hit a 404 error if you try to visit it).

Interestingly, if I type "slash hyphen" directly into a github comment, then it gets treated as an escape, and the slash doesn't end up being visible. For example, here's a slash hyphen: "-"

However, as part of a URL, that escaping doesn't happen and the slash is preserved verbatim. For example, here: https://mozilla.org/something\-or\-other

Anyway: I don't know what's introducing the slash here (perhaps it's because the source text is code-formatted in the original CSSWG github issue comment that we're pulling this text out of), but we want to avoid having it.
