Summary

Once the NL locale becomes available, will be good to have the Dutch localization added (#202).

Motivation

We will have the NL locale added in the options.

Describe alternatives you've considered

English as default.

Additional context

In src/_locales/ add the folder nl and using the English as reference translate to Dutch.
