[enhancement] A “Select/Deselect All” option button on the “Manage your Email Preferences” page would be nice

Prerequisites:

• User is logged in and on the “Manage your Email Preferences” page;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Observe there are multiple email subscriptions available on the page;
2. Check all of the email subscriptions with one click;

Expected results:

• I can select all email subscriptions with one single click;

Actual results:

• I cannot select all email subscriptions with one single click. I must check every single email subscription option individually;

Notes:

• Also, when selecting the “Remove me from all the subscriptions on this page:”, I would expect that all of the above options that are checked would become unchecked visually before I hit the Save button;
