Formatting Issue on Windows Phone 8.1 Nokia Lumia 635 #197

The menu works perfect on Windows Phone 8.1 on the Nokia Lumia 635. The only problem is that the menu has formatting issues. The formatting is consistent across Windows 8.1 Desktop and IE, Chrome on an Android Phone, Silk on KindleFire HD, and on Safari on IPad mini.

On Windows Phone 8.1 the menu items have a space between them, and the arrow image is in the correct position directly beneath the previous menu item. So the arrow and the menu item that it belongs to are misaligned.

I confirm the problem windows phone 8.1 with ie11. Here's a screenshot:
