Labels get mixed up?

I noticed that when I train a model with i.e. 4 labels that the labels from the .JSON-file don't correspond to the labels that I need to use for the --class parameter. The --class parameter still produces good separate classes but i.e. in my latest model class 2 and 3 are swapped.
Has anyone experienced something like this before?
Did I miss something or why is this happening?
