[CircularProgress] The Indeterminate circular progress glitchy on firefox & IE #2232

On firefox only the animation for the circular progress appears to studder quite a bit. Can be seen on the docs http://callemall.github.io/material-ui/#/components/progress. Seems like clicking on them appears to make them flicker to different states too for whatever reason.

This kind of illustrates the issue. In the middle on you can see the progress shape become really small then just flickering to a large size with no animation and being stuck.

This also appears to be an issue on IE10/11

I think that it's link to the new auto prefixer we are using.

@anthony-dandrea : This does not seem to appear anymore in firefox 45.0.1 MUI version : 14.4 and above. But the issue still exists on Microsoft Edge.
