Documentation site constantly reloading

The site with the documentation is constantly reloading. It happens in an endless loop

I can't reproduce your issue on Chrome 94 and Firefox 92
What OS are you using ? And are you trying to access this exact URL https://mui.com/ ?

Two developers raised this pain by email already. I assume it's linked to the latest release.

It seems to target developers using the Russian version of the documentation (based on their preferred language). cc @mnajdova did we remove the auto redirection for these users?

To reproduce:

1. Go to Chrome Settings -> Advanced -> Languages -> Language -> Add languages
2. Add Russian language
3. Move it to the top (using language menu / three dots)
4. Restart Chrome
5. Open https://mui.com/

I have reverted the deployment of the docs to unlock all the Russian users (back to v5.0.1) until we fix this regression (#28663).
