[data grid] Allow autocomplete for selecting columns in data grid filters

Summary 💡

When dealing with tables with many columns, it is difficult for a user to find a column they want to filter on (see example below). It would be nice to be able to use the MUI autocomplete component for selecting the variable to filter on, and to ideally search against the column description in addition to its name.

Users have a hard time finding variables in the dropdown, even when the number of variables isn't terribly large. This leads to a more frustrating user experience.

I added the "waiting for 👍" label to see if other users also want this feature. For now, there's no way to replace this component unless overring the entire filter panel. Related to #6419
