[studio] Support persistent datagrid state

Summary

Support persisting the data grid state for the end user. This could include column visibility, pinned columns, filters, sorting model,...

The grid should have an option to enable saving/retrieving its state. Consider making each of these features separately configurable.

We can use a combination of page name and component name as a key in local storage.
