[core] Support audit logs for Toolpad Core

Summary

Audit logs is an essential requirement for critical web apps. After building my internal tool using Toolpad Core, as a developer I want to quickly enable support for capturing and storing logs for standard (CRUD, login) and custom defined events. We can store them in an audit.log file which the developers can use to transfer the logs to a database or an observability cloud platforms like Datadog or ELK.

Potential features:

• We could explore integrations with logger libraries like pino or winston.
• An admin view to show logs?
