Steps to reproduce

  1. Try building a toolpad app using npm or pnpm through the create-toolpad-app command.
  2. Choose the default directly and authentication-yes (any of the three)
  3. App will be created but doesn't load

It works fine when i choose authenticatio-no

Can you check the console - it might be because of the environment variables being missing. I think we could perhaps move that warning from the browser console to the terminal

Ok! Yes it because of the environment variables. Moving them to the terminal would be helpful.
