Is the LICENSE correct?

The data is being pulled from http://mcc-mnc.com/. However, that site does not list a LICENSE for use. The LICENSE in this repository is MIT (Mustafa Al-Bassam) but that does not cover the data which is copyright "© 2011-2013 by interactive digital media GmbH"

Since the copyright is still set at 2013, I can only assume that the data has not been updated since 2013 and thus that may be why the row count is also much smaller than https://github.com/pbakondy/mcc-mnc-list
