Error: failed to receive ZMQ RPC response

I've tried to complete a transaction on both the IOS app and Windows application. Both were up-to-date (1.3.0 on Windows and 1.2.10 on IOS) but am met with the error "An error occurred while getting your latest balance: Error failed to receive ZMQ RPC response"

I've got no experience in this kind of stuff so was hoping someone may be able to help.

Also saw this today... however now i'm seeing a different error: "An error occurred while submitting transaction: Error: Transaction rejected: Not ready to accept transactions; try again later"

I contacted mymonero support and was told that they are aware of the problem and are working on it within 72 hours will be released a new update and everything will work

We are currently working on the latest Monero hardfork patch.

The good news is that wallets are now scanning to their current block height where you are able to view your XMR. We are working on the decoy selection issue which relates to send transactions not confirming.

An important note to our Windows users:
We have successfully completed the hard fork upgrades on the Windows software and although we are very eager to release it, we are awaiting an SSL certificate that will allow us to release this software publicly.
This is a priority for us and we will release the latest software for our Windows users as soon as we can.
