現在、スマホからだとリンクが開けませんでした。
Androidのみで確認済み、iPhoneは分かりません。

TweetData.cs内の
const string ShareUrl = "http://twitter.com/share?";
を
const string ShareUrl = "http://twitter.com/intent/tweet?";
にすると機能しました
