It turns out there is a CLI framework that allows Finch to keep the command style from previous iterations while still allowing it to move away from a larger SPM dependency. This PR trades out the following dependencies:

This effectively reverts the breaking changes introduced in version
0.1.0, which should be fine since this version only existed as the latest for several hours.
