As a volunteer I want to be able to authenticate myself in the app so I can access my work.

Acceptance Criteria:

Volunteer can visit the site with an https session and see a login page
Volunteer can enter their username and password and be greeted with a "hello volunteer" page.
An incorrect username or password notifies user of invalid credentials and refuses entry
