  • create /internal folder in repository root (a sibling of /packages)
  • add "/internal" to the workspaces array in the root deno.json
  • create /internal/deno.json with package configuration
    • (?) ...publish as 1 package named @type/internal?
    • (?) or publish as multiple packages prefixed with @type/internal-?
