I'm working on a German translation here

I'm pretty much done now, however I wasn't sure how to translate this part "There's no translations of this essay yet." :D
Also I noticed that this link doesn't seem to work? http://www.academia.edu/download/32556648/KirschandSapirstein1998.pdf
Oh and I'm not sure if the md to html converter changed some formatting, but it seems mostly fine I guess? Edit: I fixed some line breaks and links manually
