LOW PRIORITY for now - implement local deployment of MAWA using NIDAP data

Likely implement this functionality directly in the Data Loader via platform_io.py, making NIDAP data available if the user has properly set up the NIDAP token.

Relatedly, consider setting up MAWA and testing that functionality on Biowulf.

Obviously, document all these steps fully.
