Registrar unable to alter the price of a rollover badge

While adding a rollover badge order to an individual, I attempted to edit the price of the rollover badge they received, to accurately reflect the payment made the year prior, and to try to keep any reporting done from the website more reflective of reality. Currently the rollover badge is fixed at a price of $50, and when attempting to edit that received the error "Unauthorized Mutation". Which, besides sounding like a pretty cool origin story, means I can't do what I was expecting to be able to do. See screenshot attached.

For additional info, I was able to edit the badge after the fact and change the price properly.
