Wondering how to activate this feature?

I noticed while working through the rustlings exercises that this prompt popped up when I was on certain line:

I'm wondering how I activate the > Run Test option it has there? Is this even possible? I can't find an option for it currently :/

I'm guessing it is something to do with this extension as when I removed coc-rls the prompt disappeared
