I would really like the ability to set a branch on my diode client to allow for testing of new imports and allow for review of merging in large new imports during migrations and other activities.

Use case

As I said this would be very useful for testing purposes when creating new ingests even if you have a test db. And it would be super useful when doing large cutovers or import of work sheets from migrations etc.
