Convert Quote into Sales Order

Hi, I need to convert quotes into sales orders, but I don't see any function/class in this to do that (at least not obvious to my eyes). We would normally do this in SuiteScript with the transform function, but I also need to connect to HubSpot with this tool, so I figured I could use the PHP toolkit updated version here. I'd appreciate it if someone could kick me in the right direction. Thanks.
