Add support/documentation on setting up RSS Subscription

Add support for adding RSS subscriptions with the RSS Subscriptions chrome extension.

I've searched to see if there is a way to configure it, but I don't see any documentation or issue created about this. If this is just a documentation issue, let me know what to do, and I'll create a pull request with the documentation.

If this requires development, I'll see what I can do to develop it. I'm a PHP developer but have no experience with NextCloud's plugin framework.

I guess you could just add this url, as target for the extension? https://nextcloud.github.io/news/faq/#is-there-an-subscription-url-to-easily-subscribe-to-feeds
I'm not sure how the plugin does it but I guess there is a way to define the url parameter and so on.

That's the URL I was looking for.

Not sure why the google and github searches weren't picking it up. Probably because of so much work collision making lots of noise in the searches. Also, visually, that FAQ is hard to read. It is very much a wall of text. It makes things easy to miss.

Yea it's the old FAQ that lived in the readme, I once went through all things and converted it into proper docs but the old content stayed.
