Replace superconsole in cli

https://github.com/facebookincubator/superconsole doesn't receive updates on crates io.

More importantly, it renders whole terminal, if the progress bar is enabled and there's (for instance) log captured by tracing subscriber, it will overlap and result in a mess in stdout.

console and indicatif are main candidates. The main challenge is to maintain cargo-like progress bar.
