Description of feature

YAML-based contrasts definition is implemented in #382

It would be nice to validate the YAML sheed using nf-schema. This is currently blocked by nextflow-io/nf-schema#79

Therefore creating this issue that ideally we can already move on with the yaml-based contrasts definition without validation and address this at a later point.
