If a component store effect is called from setters, there is a chance that the change detection cycle was completed just before that call. It's easy to reproduce by calling an effect from ngAfterViewChecked().
My question is: is there any well-known (or recommended) way to check for this condition and run detectChanges()?
I've tried to find some field to get the current state of the change detection flow but didn't find it.
