Which @ngrx/* package(s) are relevant/related to the feature request?

Information

Remove the deprecated getMockStore method.
Ideally we can also add a schematic, but this issue is to remove the deprecated method.
The method was replaced with createMockStore #3789

Describe any alternatives/workarounds you're currently using

No response

I would be willing to submit a PR to fix this issue
