Wait On Occurance Wrapper.vi throws error 8 when labview_grpc_server.dll is deployed in Program Files

When deploying an executable to c:\Program Files... that relies on "labview_grpc_server.dll" due to requirements with where that file needs to be deployed relative to the deployed executable, it throws a file permission error due to read/write permissions for files within Program Files. Recommendation is to allow configuration of the DLL location from the caller code to allow standard application building techniques for deployment.
