Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need to have a workflow that is able to release automatically on a pull request from a release branch. This workflow should post a VI package, and NI Package.

Describe the solution you'd like
An automated mechanism to post artifacts into the repo, showing how the unit tests passed for those artifacts. This will be used by LabVIEW r&D to be able to pull the latest version.
