Many things can be messing with your hooking, to be honest. I haven't used this tool in a while, but I would recommend you to read the blog posts related to this topic on my blog (https://niemand.com.ar/), there are at least four about hooking DirectX.

There is a lot of people using this hook, so if you post more information here, maybe we can help you to resolve your problem. You can start by posting a screenshot of the console with all the debugging information. I would also recommend you to set up some breakpoints inside the Present function and control that the detouring and the address obtained are the expected ones.

Hey there, I would set up some breakpoints on the original Present function as well as the address you are getting on the console. As I said, I'm not maintaining this code at the moment. Detour is working, you are getting a Present address that may or not be wrong but the hook is never executed.
