20.03 isn't even receiving security updates anymore.

Honestly, in lieu of there being a nixos-stable branch, what I'd ideally be looking for is a way of staying on the latest stable nixos-* branch, preferably without having to continually use niv master.

Close since niv is now on nixpkgs master.
