After running in semi production setup for a while things have been very smooth. We did however bump into some situations where stale nfs file handles left the dataset busy and made the delete API request fail.

I created a crude patch to unconditionally force delete with v1 API and FreeNAS has implemented in v2, however v2 eliminates quite a few installations. We may consider documenting the patches for older installations.
