The reference-model requires the "BuildRequires aml_npu_sdk" statement.
The aml_npu_sdk package (e.g., aml_npu_sdk.rpm) has to be supported as a dependent package to compile VIM3/Vivante NPU models

Then, what's the issue to be resolved here? Do you want RPM packaging of aml_npu_sdk?
