CI: node-test-commit-lite aborted by unknown user

See nodejs/node#19963 (comment) from @Trott , which references node-test-pull-request-lite#498.

Sometimes the job seems to be aborted mysteriously, by the unknown user.

The job's security options were a little bit different then the non-lite version. I synced them, now let's see if this reproduces.

Eureka, when I set the job up I was overly optimistic:

I'll extend the timeout.
