As my comment on #8707 shows, node built with
--with-intl=none/small/full ends up being 15/19/42 MB on Mac.@JCEmmons ' https://github.com/JCEmmons/cldr-ecma402 contains "just enough" CLDR to make ES402 work. This is for JSON, but the concept could be ported to
icutrim.Probably an interim step would be to allow a different .json config file, one that specifies a different set of locales, or 'all locales' but with some packages removed.
