I own iojs.io, I want to transfer ownership to an admin if they are interested! #1534

/cc @indutny - he manages the domain name. |
✋ I'd be happy to take this one until we have a formal body to own these assets |
@glentakahashi man, this is awesome! Please let me know what should we do to get this thing moved? Thank you! |
@indutny contacted via email |
Thank you! |
Thanks a lot @glentakahashi very nice of you! |
Yaaay! Thank you so much @glentakahashi ! ❤️ I have setup iojs.io to redirect to the iojs.org for now. |
Any chance we can get to see the previous prank page hosted somewhere? :D It would be part of the grand Node/Io.js story ;) |
Haha, it's really not impressive. I never got around to flushing out the prank. I don't have the source on me right now, but it was just some hobgobble about a function named i(o) that millions of io ops per iotasecond. I'm sure you guys can do much better than I did. Maybe you can make https://iojs.io/js/io.js a cdn for io.js :D also paging @shazeline |
Hahahah. This happened. |
This should be a thing :D |
Basically, a while ago (before io.js was a thing) I made a prank website for my friends http://iojs.io/js/io.js
I think its an awesome and hilarious URI, so I was hoping that it could be actually used for io.js
It will soon expire, so I wanted to see if anybody on the io.js team wanted it before that happens. Let me know!
