@wesleytodd @mhdawson I would like to add a topic to the agenda:

I would like to see if @ronag or @mcollina could discuss the future of HTTP client and Undici (which just moved to Node.js) with us and how it relates to the future HTTP technical plans we have been discussing.

If there’s space in the agenda, I’d be interested in chatting with folks to validate if my diagnostics_channel work in nodejs/node#34895 satisfies what web framework devs would want for reporting arbitrary diagnostics data. 🙂

Ah, this was moved. Was still 15:00 in my calendar. I can't make it unfortunately.

I also cannot make it today. Is someone available who can run it?

I'll be attending but i don't think I have the permissions to run the call

If @ronag can't make it today, can we move my agenda item for the next meeting?

Yeah, @ghermeto want to make an issue and just tag it? That way it makes it on with the automation.

@Ethan-Arrowood if there are issues I can probably start the call and hand off host. I am at my computer, just have a busy day.

Meeting Recap:

  • @Qard showed off the diagnostics_channel work. Ask: more eyes on the PR (linked above) and considerations for how it may be used by http core as well as modules such as express, fastify, restify, etc.
  • Moving any discussion about future of http to next time when we have better representation of the frameworks. This includes discuss the future of HTTP client and Undici #66

Thanks to all of those that attended! See ya next time 😄
