Happy Holidays! I think most folks will be busy so we should consider formally cancelling this one. Also, @mhdawson can we find some time in January to fix up the scheduling bot? I think some folks have pointed out it doesn't line up correctly with timezones and the event calendar or something like that.

I'm not managing the scheduling bot, I think Wes set it up. I do help keep https://github.com/nodejs/create-node-meeting-artifacts going but I don't think its used for this team.

Hey, yes we should cancel and pick back up in the new year. Closing.

I did set up this teams scheduler, the event calendar is manually managed because the integration has not been completed to the @pkgjs/meet tool which this is based on. The thinking for that tool was to make it all run in GH actions so there is less setup required to make changes and run the tool. If there are issues with it, hopefully we can solve them there. I have not heard any issues with the timezones, but it would be great to get the calendar integration finished.

Hey @wesleytodd , could you please review #78? I catalogued the experiences myself and others have had with trying to follow along with the schedule / calendar. It seems most of us are having issue trying to keep up. 😢

Any help aligning things there would be great, would love to contribute to this group! 🙏
