Submition For Today Alert

What?

Sometime after a student finish an assignment or exercise, he doesn't submit it just after he finished.
Lots of student forget it and discover they forgot after the due time.

Current Behavior

Students can see upcoming events in the dashboard , but usually don't check this part.

Expected Behavior

A red notification/alert that can't be missed, only if there is a submission today, this way the user will notice it because it is not all the time on the screen.

You can try to use the scrapping capabilities that I've added to do it and mix it with chrome notifications
