Summary

The administrative set needs to be picked before you create a work (so contexts can be implemented

Allinson Flex's Contexts feature requires that we select an admin set prior to displaying the form, as part of selecting the work type.

Modify Hyrax to allow selection from a list of the user's authorized admin sets while selecting the work type. (See Allinson Flex screenshot below)

Acceptance Criteria

• The admin set is selected from a dropdown list on the same modal as the work type selection.

• Select option to create a new work
  • Verify that modal pop-up shows dropdown containing all of the admin sets a user can create works in
• Select a work type and create work
  • Very that work creates in the selected admin set
