Summary

Upgrade rails to 6 version

  gem 'rails', '~> 6.0'

Using bootboot is up to the dev's discretion.

Acceptance Criteria

  • rails and its dependencies are upgrades
  • get bundler/gemfile working so that you can at least start the application
  • create tickets for other breaking functionality

Notes

Watch out for protected attributes
