I can't run docker-compose.local.yml

👟 Reproduction steps

1. git clone https://github.com/novuhq/novu.git
2. cd novu
3. cd docker/local/
4. docker compose -f docker-compose.local.yml up

👍 Expected behavior

I tried it on Linux and Windows

👎 Actual Behavior with Screenshots
