Should mention TF version #7

I've spent a long time figuring out the version of the tensorflow was used to be able to run the code.

I ended up using version 1.4 with python 3 with success. I suggest a mention to the version in the readme to be clear.

Also an update to the latest version would be nice ;) Need to work out the _Linear function and some imports.
