Show warning if build process is hanging afteer is done

Context: followup for issues in #193

Due to open handlers (watcher, timeout, etc), the build process can be stuck. With the new nuxi we don't force close process anymore any spying to give an exact reason might be tricky but we might give a more descriptive message if it hangs.
