Typescript: Fails on Vue interfaces

@nuxt/auth dev branch is failing CI after a yarn upgrade because of typescript errors: https://github.com/nuxt-community/auth-module/runs/1509932138

The project is using @nuxtjs/eslint-config-typescript and some of the lines it's failing on are directly recommended by Vue:

This issue was created for the legacy configs for Nuxt 2, which have been deprecated for a while and removed recently in #534. The issue is likely no longer relevant to the latest version. If you still have a similar issue with the latest config, please open a new issue with minimal reproduction. Thanks.
