Event error is exposed in nuxt-img but not in nuxt-picture #1032

In the Pull request #842 the event error were exposed.
But it's only exposed in nuxt-img and not in nuxt-picture

I just saw I can add the error handler to the child v-img via img-attrs 👍
:img-attrs="{onError: onError()}"
